Homework and Assignments |
| Home |
Daily homework and some longer assignments are listed here. The date is the date the homework is given. Unless specified otherwise, the homework is due the following day. I will try and post homework daily. I do not guarantee this, however. You are responsible for writing down the homework during class. You should also make sure to get any handouts, assignments or study guides given out in class. If absent, be sure to check with me and/or other students. Algebra and Geometry homework will frequently be given in class only and not posted on the web site. Please see the Math Expectations for my expectations for homework and class work.
We will be finishing our study of chemistry soon. After Spring Break we start studying physics. We, of course, just touch the surface of these complex subjects. I hope you take them again in high school and college. I will give you a test the week of April 2 about what we have learned in chemistry. It will cover broad ideas with a big focus on vocabulary. To help you begin to prepare for the exam you will prepare vocabulary flash cards. Make a flash card for each of the terms below. You will write the word on one side of an index card and the definition on the other side of the index card. Definitions are in the glossary of our text book. Each student in both groups should have at least 20 cards done by Monday March 19.

During the middle of the year, we can get lax in our procedures during math. To make sure everyone is aware of my expectations, I will went over the Math Expectations today. Please be sure to follow them.
